Producer at Odeum, Lund University

As a producer at Odeum I'm responsible for our event series. In cooperation with director musices and our conductors we decide which concerts to put in our series. I organize the logistics with our own ensembles and visiting orchestras and I work administratively with all concerts, with compilation of printed materials, booking of venues, making invitations, organizing ticket sales and hiring external musicians. When we're on tour I manage the detailed planning before, and on bigger tours, also during the tour.

I'm in charge of our website, to managing and developing it. I have all media contacts which includes advertising and as a part of the communication group LUKOM-KOM, I'm in close contact with the university communication centre, student organizations, the International Secretariat and other organizations from which we can apply for fundings and grants. I have the overall responsibility to spread information about Odeum to the public.

Every semester we have a more defined project like "Lund International Conducting Academy" or our music biennal "Music in Lundagård". I'm in charge of coordinating of these specific project activities.

Stage manager at Odeum, Lund University

Before I started as a producer I was deputized as a stage manager at Odeum. I had tasks that helped me get to know our facilities in a really good way. I was responsible for the premises, key management and the administration of the LU-cards, our key cards.

During concerts, I provided music stands and instruments to the ensembles, and at major events, I arranged the transportation of all equipment and was responsible for setting the stage.
I was also in charge of purchasing and leasing music sheets, office supplies and mail handling.
